One excuse that’s been easy for ladies to use (in regards to why they don’t wear more dresses and skirts) is that it is difficult to find dresses and skirts. But wait! Because maxi and midi skirts have become “popular” over the past two years, it’s become slightly easier to find more skirts with modest hem lines! *happy dance*
